Refund policy
We want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience.
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. A return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect handling are not eligible for return.
To request a return, please email us with your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear images or video of the product.
Once the return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.
